Sources and licences

Station, price and availability data comes from Fintraffic's Digitraffic service (CC BY 4.0). Availability updates automatically, with a full snapshot checked every minute. Operator updates may be delayed. Snapshots older than three minutes are not shown as current.

Price colours and comparison price can be changed in Settings. The map compares energy prices; time fees appear in station details.

The station directory includes Open Charge Map data, which has no live availability. Open Charge Map

Stations are grouped by their coordinates and National Land Survey of Finland municipal boundaries. Stations with missing coordinates or locations outside Finnish municipalities are excluded from city pages. The data may not cover every station in the area.

Prices are estimates. Check the final price with the operator. Availability may change before you arrive.

Privacy

No login is required. The service may use Plausible Analytics to measure visits and actions such as opening directions. Search text, favourite lists and coordinates are not attached to these events. There is no advertising tracking. If you have already granted location permission, the map may use your location automatically when opened. Otherwise, geolocation starts with My location. Coordinates are not sent to the Latausasemat server.

OpenFreeMap receives your IP address and tile requests. The visible map area may reveal your location. The Latausasemat server receives your IP address; technical logging depends on the server settings. Browser geolocation is governed by its provider's policies.

Interactive-map station search and filters run in your browser. Favourites and preferences are stored locally. Optional offline station data and the app shell are stored in your browser and can be cleared in Settings. Accounts, photos and comments are not yet available. The mobile apps have a separate privacy policy.

Basic-map search and navigation send the search term and map view to the Latausasemat server, where they may appear in technical logs. Map images come from OpenStreetMap or the configured tile provider, which receives your IP address and tile requests. The search term is not sent to the tile provider. Nearby services use OpenStreetMap data imported to our server. Lookups use the charging station’s position; your location is not sent.
